AFTER PURCHASE EXCHANGES
All sales are final on all wigs and products. After purchase refunds are not allowed. Exchanges or store credit will be honored only. We allow a 2 hr window after purchase to make an exchange in the event you made a mistake during the purchasing process.
AFTER DELIVERY EXCHANGES
We only offer an exchange if the product delivered is faulty and they customer has not worn or tampered with the product. If the unit is faulty, you can return it to us within 48 hrs for an exchange for another unit. We will not accept any exchanges of any products if they are not in the original condition (see exact conditions list below). We suggest our customers take advantage of our phone and video consultations or contact us with any questions at (470) 795-0050 or email us so we can assist you in purchasing the perfect wig for you. If you order the wrong size we cannot offer you a refund. We are happy to assist you before purchasing to ensure you order the correct size. Most of our wigs are made on a standard size cap. But if you require a specific circumference you may contact us for a special order and we will make your unit specifically to your need. We can also measure your head at our store or we can video chat with you on how to measure your head.
We, Mesha’s Luxury Hair Boutique, reserve the right to refuse an exchange.
These are the exact conditions of us accepting the package back & offering an exchange:
Wig must be in original condition (no lace cut, no holes, and hair not combed, for sanitary reasons)
If we receive the wig back with any problems and we can see you have worn it we will not exchange it for you (this includes hair extensions)
If the wig is damaged in any way, we cannot offer an exchange
Must ship back within 2 working days of receiving the wig
With other shipping companies, we cannot offer you an exchange.
f the wig is returned without all of the packaging, we cannot exchange for you:

SECTION 4.0 - BOOKING POLICIES
Mesha’s Luxury Hair Boutique offers many accompanying services to make wig purchasing and application easier. These services, from time-to-time, may include:
Wig Shampooing and Conditioning
Wig Consultation
Wig Customization
Sew-ins
Curling/Styling
Under Wig Braiding
Scheduling
We provide a way to book the above services online with our booking widget. These services can be booked on THURSDAY, FRIDAY, and SATURDAY only.
TUESDAYS - no appointments will be had, either online or instore.
Service Caveats
Wig Shampooing and Conditioning - This service is for Mesha’s Luxury Hair Boutique Hair ONLY as all Mesha’s Luxury Hair Boutique Wigs are covered under our Mesha’s Luxury Hair Boutique Hair Insurance once a wash is purchased (see below). We DO NOT cover damages for wigs without insurance, thus we WILL NOT wash a non Mesha’s Luxury Hair Boutique wig because we cannot verify the quality of an outside wig.
Wig Consultation - The consultation fee will go towards a same-day wig purchase. If more time is needed, there may be an additional fee. (See store for details)
Curling/Styling - price is based on hair length and is subject to change
Under Wig Braiding - price is based on hair length and is subject to change
Wig Application - When you bring your wig to be applied (Mesha’s Luxury Hair Boutique or non Mesha’s Luxury Hair Boutique ), you must ensure the lace has not been cut or the wig was not previously washed or dyed, or any other manipulation of the hair that would compromise the quality of your wig and thus the install.
Mesha’s Luxury Hair Boutique Insurance
When you purchase a wig wash with us, your purchase includes hair insurance. This is to ensure that if the wig is damaged during the washing process, you are covered. Mesha’s Luxury Hair Boutique will replace your wig under these circumstances:
We rip/tear/poke large holes in the lace
We overprocess or otherwise chemically damage the hair
We cause the wefts to loosen beyond normal wear/tear
Promptness/Late Fees/Cancellations
Each service slot is reserved with a specific time frame. In order to provide timely service to all our customers, please be on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and you will have to reschedule.
We require 24 hour notice for cancellations. If you do not show up to your appointment or do not reschedule or cancel your appointment within this window, you will be charged 50% of the service fee.
